Can I pay for my ticket with a culture benefit?
Allas Live tickets are sold by Ticketmaster. Up-to-date information on available payment methods can be found on the Ticketmaster website.
How do mobile tickets work?

Can I exchange my ticket if I accidentally bought the wrong ticket?
Yes. Please contact Ticketmaster customer service about this.
How are tickets checked?
Tickets are checked at the entrance before entering the concert area. Please also be prepared to prove your age if needed. Allas Live concerts are 18+ unless otherwise stated.
Entrances
The main entrance is located at the main doors of Allas Pool.
The Finnair Fast Track entrance is located by the main entrance.
The OP Early Entry entrance is located to the left of the main entrance, at the end of the building.
Are premium group and corporate packages available?
We tailor Allas Live premium group, table and corporate ticket packages for client events, corporate hospitality and shared evenings with colleagues or friends.
Packages can include some of the best spots at the event, food, drinks and a private area for your group. All premium packages are tailored to your needs.

As a Finnair Plus member, you can purchase exclusive tickets to Allas Live summer concerts. These tickets include a dedicated Finnair Fast Track entrance and access to the Finnair Plus terrace, with a direct view of the stage. Tickets can be paid with Avios or with a combination of Avios and money.

The Finnair Fast Track entrance is located by the main doors, and the Finnair Plus terrace is on the left side of the stepped terrace area.
As an Osuuspankki owner-customer, you can purchase tickets to Allas Live concerts in advance through the OP cooperative bank owner-customers’ presale. When purchasing your ticket via the OP mobile app, you also get access to the concert area through the OP Early Entry entrance one hour before doors open to the general public.

OP Early Entry entrance and schedule
The OP Early Entry entrance is located to the left of the main entrance, at the end of the building. The OP Early Entry entrance closes at 7 PM, after which entry takes place through the main entrance.
With an OP Early Entry ticket, you can enter the area one hour before doors open to the general public. Event-specific schedules can be found at: https://www.allaslive.fi/keikat
If you need accessible entry to the concert area, please arrive through the main entrance.
Where can I find the event schedule?
Schedules are published on the event page and on Allas Live social media channels.
Tickets primarily show the doors-open time. More detailed set times are often confirmed during event week and may still change on the day of the event, so please check the event page for the latest information.
Concerts always end before 10 PM.
When can I start queueing for the area?
Due to heavy traffic in the area, queueing is allowed only from one hour before doors open.
Please note that queueing takes place on the street, and there is no weather shelter at the entrance. Toilets are also not available for guests in the queue.
Is Allas Live accessible?
Allas Live is accessible. The outdoor venue includes wooden decked pathways that are easy to move along. However, most of the ground surface is sand and grass, so please take this into account in advance.
A dedicated area is reserved for wheelchair users, and we recommend that guests using rollators stay close to this area. There is an accessible viewing platform at the venue, and an accessible toilet is located nearby.
If your mobility aid needs electricity or you have other special requirements during the concert, please contact production@allaslive.fi well in advance.
Personal assistants can attend concerts free of charge, but they must have a companion ticket. The companion ticket can be redeemed when purchasing the ticket.
How do accessible taxi drop-off and accessible parking work?
An accessible taxi can stop near the Allas Live area.
There is no dedicated accessible parking at the venue. More information about parking options in Katajanokka can be found on the City of Helsinki website.
Are there seats at the concert?
Regular Allas Live concert tickets are standing tickets and do not include a reserved seat.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or reserve a seat in advance.
We recommend arriving at the venue in good time.
If you cannot attend the show and would like to resell your ticket, we recommend using Ticketmaster Resale, the official resale service of our ticketing partner.
Your ticket allows one entry to the venue only. You cannot temporarily leave the area and return with the same ticket.
What is the best way to get to Allas Live?
We recommend arriving primarily on foot, by bicycle or by HSL public transport. There is a city bike station and bicycle parking nearby.
We do not recommend arriving by car.
Where can I park?
There is no dedicated parking area at Allas Live. More information about parking options in Katajanokka can be found on the City of Helsinki website.
Are the concerts 18+ or all-ages?
Allas Live concerts are 18+ unless otherwise stated. Minors cannot attend 18+ shows, even when accompanied by an adult. The age restriction also applies to babies. All-ages events are always marked separately.
Can I bring children to the event?
Children are welcome at all-ages shows. We recommend that children under the age of 13 attend with an adult. Please remember to bring hearing protection for children.

Additional note about queueing
If you arrive well before doors open, please take the weather conditions into account. On hot days, it is a good idea to bring water and a hat. Please also note that there are no toilets available in the queue.
What can I bring to the event, and what is not allowed?
A security check is carried out upon arrival. You may bring a bag to the concert area, but we recommend leaving large backpacks and large bags at home or in the cloakroom.
You may bring:
an empty, transparent water bottle of up to 0.5 litres
medication and aids needed for medical reasons
a power bank
You may not bring:
dangerous substances or items
firearms, knives, blades or other bladed weapons
sharp studded belts
hairspray cans or other aerosols
liquids, alcohol or illegal substances
fireworks or laser pointers
DSLR/interchangeable-lens cameras, video cameras, drones, selfie sticks, audio recorders, tablets or laptops
posters, advertisements and flyers, or distributing them in the event area without prior agreement
camping furniture, such as stools, tables or grills
large flags or banners – maximum size approx. 30 x 40 cm

Umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom. In case of rain, we recommend a raincoat or disposable rain poncho. Rain ponchos can be purchased at the venue.
If you bring medication or aids needed for medical reasons, please be prepared to show a prescription or medical certificate to staff if requested.
Fan signs and flags that obstruct visibility should be left at home, as bringing them into the area is prohibited for safety reasons.
Dangerous or inappropriate behaviour among the audience, such as crowd surfing, is also prohibited.
In addition to the items listed above, the event organiser reserves the right to remove any items that are not listed but may be considered harmful or dangerous to the safety of the event.
Can I bring my own food or drinks to the event?
Bringing your own food or drinks to the event is not allowed for safety reasons.
Exceptions can be made for medical reasons. In this case, please be prepared to show a medical certificate or similar document at the entrance.
Restaurant services in the concert area open when doors open.
Pets are not allowed in the Allas Live concert area.
Can I take photos or videos at the event?
Taking photos or videos for personal use with a phone or small digital camera is allowed.
Using DSLR/interchangeable-lens cameras, other professional video or photography equipment, or distributing recorded material is not allowed.
The event organiser may have photographers and videographers at the event, filming and photographing material for marketing use.
How does media accreditation work?
Official photo and filming permits are reserved for accredited media representatives.
All accreditation requests are processed during event week, and places are limited. For accreditation enquiries, please contact info@allaslive.fi.
A press card alone does not grant entry to Allas Live concerts. Entry requires approved accreditation.
Is alcohol served at the venue?
At 18+ shows, the entire area is a licensed serving area. At all-ages shows, the licensed area is designated separately.
Is there a cloakroom?
Events have a paid cloakroom service, which costs 4 euros. Only card payments are accepted.
Are there toilets at the venue?
The concert area has both indoor toilets and water-flush portable toilets. There is an accessible toilet near the accessible viewing platform.
Can I access the Allas Pool restaurant or café from the concert area?
There is no access from the concert area to the café or restaurant inside the Allas Pool building.
How can I pay at the venue?
Only card payments are accepted at the cloakroom and restaurant services.
Lost property from concerts at Allas Live is collected in a dedicated box. Lost property is delivered by Allas Pool to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu: https://loytotavara.net/loytotavaratoimistot/. Items are sent from Allas approximately once a week.
Merchandise may be sold on an event-by-event basis at the merchandise stand located at the venue. The selection and prices can be found on site.
Where can I get help at the venue?
A first aid team is present at the venue. If you need help, please contact staff or security.
How loud can the sound be at the event?
Every artist is different, and sound pressure levels may vary between concerts. Earplugs are available for purchase at all our events. We recommend hearing protection for all guests, regardless of the event, to help protect your hearing.
Allas Live has zero tolerance for all forms of harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence and abuse of power. All guests are expected to follow our safer space principles.
Please contact staff or security without delay if you experience or witness any kind of inappropriate behaviour at the event.

How is recycling organised at the venue?
Recycling options are available at the venue, and we ask all visitors to help keep the area clean.
There are waste bins in the area, but please return cans, bottles and glasses purchased from restaurant services to the restaurant sales points.
